As the political tides change, a generation of young artists are eager to play their music and sing their songs for the outside world.
For 30 days an old funky bus refurbished as a mobile recording studio AKA: The Cuban Bus, will navigate the back streets, the small towns and the mountain villages in search of the musical spirit of post-Castro Cuba.
Hey folks! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your continued interest in our film.
Trump, Fidel's death, Covid, personal sloth, lack of finances (see: "sloth”) have all delayed our post production schedule.
However the bus IS moving and will soon be back on the highway. I'm going to start posting here again and when I know which broadcaster/streaming service the film will be available on...I'll let y'all know. I'm hoping for a 24 release.
We've shown our promo reel (in the window above) at various festivals and sales conferences where it has been VERY well received. So...have faith - we'll be launching the Cuban Bus soon.

Up and down and around this beautiful island more than a few times over the last few years shooting The Cuban Bus documentary. Anybody thinking of doing a production in Cuba? We've got great on the ground contacts! Give us a call.
In typical Cuban fashion The Cuban Bus documentary has broken down, ran out of gas, had a few flat tires, picked up a few hitchhikers and hit many bumps on the road. But rest assured... it is as resilient as the people and will be arriving soon. Thank you all for your patience! Peace, love and music!
