Today is the last day for holiday photos at EmBark Academy! Dec 13, 2025

Drop in between 1 to 4 PM for a holiday photo of your pet. $25, includes $5 donation to local rescue. No extra cost for additional dogs from the same household.

Your photo will be fully edited and sent to you within 48 hours by email.
Please feel free to request size ratio if you’re planning to print.

What a fun few days we’ve had! We’ve started on some Christmas crafts, December enrichment, wrestle time, nap time, and of course, lots of cuddles! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week holds!

Thanks for stopping by, here is a quick rundown of who we are and how we can support you and your dog.

Who Are We
EmBark Academy is a force-free and enrichment based dog daycare located in Leslieville, Toronto. We focus on confidence building and structured play while keeping the dogs safe, engaged and mentally fulfilled.

What we Offer
Daycare
-Organized playgroups, structured play, enrichment sessions (puzzles, nose work, sensory activities) rest periods as needed, and individualized attention.
-Breed specific activities when appropriate and we offer occasional whole food snacks alongside the treats we use for rewards.
-Outdoor area for play and to encourage good potty habits

Private Training (In-Home or at our facility)
30+ years experience
All training is positive reinforcement, force-free and reward based.
Focus includes enrichment, calming strategies and confidence building.
-Puppy Foundations such as crate and potty training, bite inhibition, basic commands, impulse control and socialization.
-Leash manners and/or leash reactivity
-Basic and Advanced for puppy and adult
- Behaviour modification techniques (fear, anxiety, resource guarding, jumping, door darting and much more)

Interested in daycare for your dog? Head over to our website, www.embark-academy.ca and follow the link to our Gingrapp software. Create an account and schedule your free temperament test online! Once your in, you can purchase and schedule daycare and add on a service while your dog is here. Presently we've added nail trims, but stay tuned as we add more features.
