Salmon & Potato Totsπ£π₯
Ingredients:
βοΈ200g Potato (peeled and cooked)
βοΈ100g Salmon (cooked)
βοΈ20g Shredded Cheese (I used cheddar)
βοΈ10g Bread Crumbs (add more if needed)
1. Cook the potato and salmon (I steamed them)
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients (cheese & bread crumbs)
3. Use your hands to shape the mixture into small tot-sized portions
4. Pre heat the airfryer or oven at 180Β°C and bake it for 20 mins (flip halfway through cooking)
5. Cool down for at least 5 mins and serve
6. Enjoy!
