This morning I caught myself thinking, “Wow, it’s only Tuesday…” 😅
But then I reminded myself—Tuesday is actually the perfect day to reset. It’s not the very beginning of the week, but it’s not too late to turn things around either.

So instead of dragging through the day, I decided to set one small intention: to focus on progress, not perfection. 🌱

Funny how giving yourself permission to take small steps can instantly lighten the pressure.

This morning, I spilled my coffee… twice. ☕🙈
My first thought? “Well, that’s how today is going to go.”
But then I caught myself.

I took a deep breath, cleaned it up, and decided that one small mishap didn’t get to decide my whole Friday.

So… I skipped the coffee altogether and poured myself a glass of apple, carrot, and beetroot juice instead. 🥤
A fresh start in a glass! 🍎🥕

Funny how our mindset can turn a bad moment into either a bad day… or just a bad minute.

Here’s my little Friday challenge for you:
Next time something little goes wrong today, see if you can pause, reset, and move on.

It started with a bowl of whole wheat, ghee & honey…
A pinch of elaichi, a sprinkle of almonds, and into the oven they went.
Minutes later .. the kitchen smelled like heaven and these golden beauties came out! 🍪💛

Healthy never tasted this good!
