It is a common misconception that exercising for longer periods of time will lead to better results. That is just not true. What matters the most is the quality of your workout and not the duration. A short 20-30 min high intensity workout can be more effective than a 1-hour long workout at a very low intensity. It is important to understand that any exercise and any movement are good for you, and they all add up in the end. Do not focus on the duration of the workout, rather the intensity that you need in order to reach your goals.
Also do not forget to make exercise fun as it is an activity you should enjoy!
