Working on some sprint specific (ish) isometric patterns with .dix

The bottom side we are focused on hip projection into the back side of the index plate and dorsi flexion into the C-Holster, and on the top side we are focused on hip extension.

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes.

VALD’s Instagram post yesterday got me thinking. For decades, the strength and conditioning industry has operated under a deeply ingrained assumption: dynamic movement is the ultimate expression of athletic force production.
