Sisters Staying Strong

Soooo, what were we up to this weekend? A 24hr trail race Tally in the Valley, put on by . Jo and Wanda ran, and Melinda crewed and paced them!! 135km completed!!! See some highlights below:

We couldn’t go live through out the 24hrs since there was no cell service out in the woods. I’ll be posting recap reels…stay tuned!

OMG 1 month to go till Wanda and I embark on our 24hr Talley in the Valley run!! Can’t wait to see how many KM we get in. Looking forward to having Melinda there to cheer us on and motivate us to keep going!!!

Day 4, 10.5 kms in! Only 189.5 to go!

First race of 2024 is Around the Bay 34km, is this Sunday. It started with 3 virtual runs, totalling 30km. It was great training runs that pushed me to run faster than I have in quite a few years and I am greatful for that. Now to see how Sunday in person race actually goes!!
