This month, I had the honour of presenting a certificate to .partenairesante Canada on behalf of the , thanks to the amazing efforts of our team in the TCS Charity Challenge!
Six of our team members crushed the 5K, and this year I joined them by participating in the half-marathon. Months of training, dedication, and heart went into supporting a cause that makes a real difference for Canadians.
Together, we raised $7,834.73, matched by the Srinarayanathas Foundation, bringing our total donation to $15,669.46!
One of the Srinarayanathas Foundation’s focuses is healthcare, and HealthPartners is doing incredible work, supporting Canadians fighting serious diseases through research, innovation, and access to care. Grateful for our team, our partners, and everyone who helped make an impact.

I had the pleasure of joining Kristina McPherson on the podcast for a powerful conversation on culture, identity, and leadership.
We talked about my journey immigrating to Canada, later moving to Bangladesh in my early 20s, and what it truly takes to open yourself to new cultures. That experience shaped my EIA method (Embed, Interpret, Act), a framework for engaging across cultures with authenticity and intention.
We also explored what it means to be a third culture kid, the real value of multiculturalism in Canada, the importance of Cultural Intelligence (CQ), why Canada has a planning problem, not an immigration problem, and how is empowering newcomers. Above all, why the world needs more immigrant leaders to drive progress.
Grateful to Kristina for the thoughtful conversation. Link in bio to watch the full episode.

I enjoyed joining Patience Fairbrother on Talent Wars podcast to discuss the global competition for talent, as countries across the Global North are working hard to attract skilled workers, and Canada is right at the centre of this shift.
As a Century Initiative Board Member, I discussed Canada’s smart-growth framework, what’s working in our immigration system, and where we need to improve. Canada’s multiculturalism and ability to attract talent are major strengths, but our policies haven’t kept pace with them. We need more policy shifts to ensure newcomers are better supported so the whole country can thrive.
Patience and I also talked about how global perspectives drive innovation, how companies can tap into international talent, and what it takes to maintain public confidence in immigration during rapid change.

Last Wednesday, I attended the 2025 Character Leadership Conference at the . It was a powerful reminder that today’s challenges require more than technical skills; they demand leaders driven by strong character traits like integrity, courage, accountability, justice, and humility to shape better decisions and stronger communities.
From Greg Hicks’ keynote to conversations on reconciliation and nation-building, the day reinforced that authentic leadership is about uplifting others and building trust. I left feeling inspired and reflective about my own leadership journey, and my responsibility to lead with character in everything I do.

What a fun few days in Los Angeles at the Global Business Summit!
I leave feeling inspired and more committed than ever to impactful leadership. Being surrounded by visionary leaders from around the world reminded me of the power of collaboration and innovation to drive meaningful growth.
I gained practical insights from scaling and capital markets, deal-making mindsets, to digital transformation and agile leadership. Most of all, it was the conversations with fellow YPO members that made this experience unforgettable. I’m leaving LA energized, motivated, and ready to turn these insights into real action for my team and community.
