Today at MindShift Academy, our young adults took on real-world challenges—building life skills, strengthening executive functioning, and growing confidence step by step.

From planning to doing, every small win matters. And today? There were many.

Today our young adults took on the full grocery experience, from creating a list to selecting fresh produce and canned goods, all the way to paying at checkout. These are more than errands, they’re powerful moments of growth in executive functioning, decision-making, and independence.
