Man Cave - Just Has to have one...Decisions, decisions, decisions... how to pick which one... hmmm

There is a reason that my customers actually like to refer me to their friends and families...
--> when I am done, I like to leave knowing that there is almost no sign of what I had to do to accomplish the outcome.
The first pic is after removing existing Maglocks and replacing with customers' (Spec'd and Supplied) Mags. The new ones did not cover/match existing holes, etc.
The second pic was after a second trip to add a trim piece to 'finish' the job. We did not bill for the second trip / material / labour.

You are likely correct - to accuse a Locksmith of having a little attitude when we arrive to 'save the day'. We have also been compared to magicians - because there is some mystery behind the ability to manipulate a lock.
I haven't yet met a fellow 'Smith who doesn't love what they do! And when I arrive to open your (car, house, safe, etc) - I feel like:

Ameta International Co., Ltd. Shows Customer Appreciation in a BIG way... showcasing product from sponsors, lots of glitz! Prize draws, entertainment (including Las Vegas style dance performance.

...Feeling a little conflicted.... opened my ladder and went to climb it when I saw this warning ... not sure if I have to stop using this ladder, or start climbing Both sides at the same time???

Crown Lock and Key Locksmith in Alliston

Mighty impressed with the quality of service from Shannon of Red Collar Dog Walking Co. one of her clients left for a trip and forgot to leave a key. My call out on weekends plus possibility of having to change out any hardware can be expensive if it's not your own home. Shannon was more than willing to pay for a locksmith, however she had an alternative with an emergency contact. I gave her a few options to try and get in on her own first, and left it for her to call me if she couldn't.

Sometimes Customer Service means going the extra mile , and giving advice/encouragement - instead of rushing out to take a call. It's not always about making a buck!

Things I see: if ya look close ya can see the redneck installer used a drill bit to cut the slot! Tsk Tsk
