This is a hardy wildflower, native to Canada. It produces large, yellow flowers with dark centers. The petals are arranged in a circular pattern and the center of the flower is a dark chocolate brown color. It blooms in late summer and fall and attracts pollinators such as butterflies and bees. It can grow up to 3 feet tall and prefers well-drained soil and full sun. It is a perennial plant, meaning it will come back year after year. It is also considered an easy plant to grow and maintain, making it a popular choice for gardens.
