I am back with something special.

Don't ignore your pain it's talking to you!

Wellness is not a destination it's a journey!

So if you're not where you want to be, & you are reading this know there still time

🗣Its time to look at the problems and stop putting bandaids on them. Covering them up wont make them go away.

🔥As a therapist I see how people put bandaids on their bodies. Addressing issues when pain is present, but not wanting to invest in addressing the dysfunction that is causing it.

🔥As and educator I see how the system never actually addresses what is at the core of the crisis.

🔥As a coach I help Athletic Directors, organizations and teams get to the core issues that affect black male student athletes from being as successful as their couter parts.

🔥Truth is at the center of solving all of these problems is Value!

When we don't value our bodies, every student, our minds and ourselves we are willing to put bandaids on situations so we don't have to look at the problem, and we can pretend that nothing is wrong.

🗣Teaching students, patients and organizations to VALUE .... before something arises can eliminate the problem before it happens!

When I work with college students who are struggling, we dig deep to find out what is stopping them from going all in and betting on themselves.

Whatever their lived experince, once we uncover the limiting believes that create the thoughts and feelings that inform their actions, and create a new perception an ROI is guarenteed!

Keep Investing in yourself.

Everyone needs a support system.

Earlier this week, I had the good fortune of taking my yearly trip with 2 of 4 of my closest girl friends. Friendships that span from 25 years to 40 years, and are rooted in common values and many of the same lived experinces. This support has been there and helped us through college, child birth, family struggles and more.

I use this value of having a support system rooted in common experinces as part of my program to help black male student athletes. From former college athletes who have gone pro, to male leadership coaches and opportunities to build long lasting friendships, and a tribe of people who understand their unique struggles, I have the program to help them live out their dreams beyond the game.
