Once a month we do a self defence class for women only. The class is completely free. We teach Commando Krav Maga. Real self defence for the streets.
FREE women's only self-defence
Come learn Commando Krav Maga, a fighting system that is as real as it gets. This is serious defence that is easy to do, easy to learn, and most importantly, anyone can do it. We train all fitness levels, and teach you:

Hand to hand combat
Defence against multiple attackers
How to defeat opponents larger than you
Ground survival
Pre-conflict avoidance
