This experiment is to prove how a high sugar intake can affect hair loss.

This will be a real life experiment
No other variables will change for example I won't be using my hair growth products to keep the findings accurate

I also won't be adding any extra exercise nor changing my diet

I have been in a calorie deficiit for 9 months and lost 30 pounds, I will continue to remain in a calorie deficit even during this experiment

After the 7 days, the following 7 days will be reversing the hair loss by quitting sugar

I will drink psyllium husk at the same time everyday with 1 cup of green tea and document it

On the 7th day I will wash my hair and collect the hair lost in a dated zip lock bag

You will be able to see in real time the comparison between all three dates zip lock bags

Then you can use that information how you like

Sometimes we lose touch on how we are always competing with other billion dollar corporations

This is especially difficult for small businesses with limited resources, and lower reach

It has been seen again and again big corporations stealing other peoples work, products, designs and call them their own and sell it for cheaper

If you purchase a raw ingredient from a company, lets say you purchase 1L, you would get that for a higher price compared to a billion dollar corporation who would purchase for 50,000 gallons.

This metric changes everything because the 1L product will cost more per bottle and per drops compared to the 50,000 gallon one

This is why my first priority is to always support small businesses because being an underdog and making you place in this world is very difficult, while giving high quality products to your customers that will change lives

Do you think I am right?

If your hair is getting thinner, buying more products isn’t necessarily the answer.

I know that’s probably not what you expected me to say.

But hair loss isn’t always caused by a lack of hair products.

Sometimes there are things happening beneath the surface that need to be understood first.

Your hair-growth cycle.

Your nutrition.

Your scalp health.

Your stress and sleep.

Your hormones.

Your overall health.

That’s why I stopped looking at hair loss as simply a “hair problem.”

I started looking at the whole environment surrounding the follicle.

And that’s exactly how I approach Miracle Locks.

The Hair Duo is designed to be one consistent part of a broader hair-care routine—supporting your scalp while you also pay attention to the factors that can influence shedding and growth.

Because I don’t want you buying another bottle just because you’re desperate.

I want you to understand why you’re using it.

And then stay consistent long enough to give your routine a fair chance.

Because hair doesn’t transform in a weekend.

It changes through growth cycles.

Quietly.

Gradually.

Over time.

So if you’ve been searching for your next hair-growth solution…

Stop for a second.

Understand what’s happening.

Build your routine.

Then commit to it.

4 THINGS I WISH I KNEW ABOUT HAIR LOSS BEFORE I STARTED LOSING MY HAIR

If you’re dealing with hair loss, listen to these 4 things—because I wish someone had told me this sooner.

Number 1: Hair loss can start long before it looks obvious.

You don’t necessarily wake up one morning and suddenly have thinning hair.

It can start with subtle changes.

More shedding.

Less volume.

A slightly wider part.

A smaller ponytail.

Those early changes are easy to dismiss—which is exactly why people often wait too long to investigate what’s happening.

Number 2: Hair growth takes MUCH longer than people expect.

This is one of the biggest reasons people give up.

You start a routine…

You look in the mirror after two weeks…

Nothing seems different.

But hair operates on biological growth cycles. Visible changes can take months, not days.

So patience isn’t optional.

It’s part of the process.

Number 3: Your scalp matters just as much as the hair you can see.

People spend so much time worrying about the ends of their hair…

when healthy hair begins at the follicle.

Your scalp is the environment your follicles depend on.

That’s why scalp care shouldn’t be an afterthought.

And number 4: Consistency beats constantly starting over.

A new product every two weeks.

A new oil next month.

A new viral routine after that.

You’re constantly resetting instead of giving one consistent routine time.

Hair growth isn’t about finding something exciting every week.

It’s about finding a routine you believe in…

and staying consistent long enough to see where it takes you.

That’s exactly why I created the Miracle Locks Hair Duo.

Because I wanted my hair care to be a routine—not another temporary experiment.

So if you’re noticing the early signs of hair loss…

don’t panic.

Don’t jump from product to product.

Understand what’s happening, build a consistent routine, and give your hair the time it needs.

And if you want to see the routine I personally use, Do follow because my entire journey is documented on my page
