🎉 ONE YEAR of ABS Yummie Empanadas! 🎉 What a journey it’s been—and we’re just getting started. This past year has been filled with ups, downs, late nights, big dreams, and even bigger empanadas. From finding and building out our ghost kitchen (thank you, J, for being our MVP with the renos, cabinetry, exhaust, electrical—you name it!) to passing Dine Safe and getting fully licensed, it’s been nonstop hustle. Our very first event, Fun Philippines 2024, was a wild ride—we sold out all three days (small inventory, big lesson 😅). From just two humble flavours—chicken and beef—we’ve grown our menu, equipment, and confidence. We’ve invested in tools to improve our workflow. In just the first 5 months, we joined 10 events—and we’ve already done 11 this year, with more lined up! 🙌 We now serve 4 core flavours—Savoury Chicken, Shredded Steak, Pork Belly Bliss, and Mashed Potato Veg—and even introduced a seasonal Peach Mango Explosion đŸ‘đŸ”„. We also bottled our signature Mango Habanero sauce and added special drinks to our lineup—Over-the-Top Hot Chocolate for winter and Calamintzy Juice for summer ☕🍋 This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the love and support of our incredible family, friends, and customers. From cheering us on to lending a helping hand, your support means everything. THANK YOU for being part of our journey. And to all the amazing organizers who welcomed us as vendors—thank you for giving us the space and opportunity to share our food with your communities. A big Maraming Salamat to the organizers of Fun Philippines for another amazing event! This was our second time joining as a vendor, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity.

The 3-day festival was a huge success for us — we saw familiar faces from last year and met so many new ones who tried our empanadas for the first time. We absolutely loved the location, the energy, and seeing the community come together to celebrate and enjoy the festivities.
