I2CRC

We wrapped a weeklong activities to increase our awareness about the mental health needs and the available resources in the communities that I2CRC serves. A great reminder to consider mental health as an integral component of overall health and to remain committed to research, advocacy and support.

Every year I2CRC in partnership with Workman Arts Toronto participates in the largest multidisciplinary international mental health festival that covers vast arena of visual arts and cinema.

Thank you to Julian Diego , Artistic Director at Workman Arts Toronto for the planning meeting with I2CRC Festival Team for this year’s weeklong program that will take place in October 22-29, 2026. 🎥🎭🎨

We couldn’t be happier when Setareh Delzendeh accepted I2CRC’s invitation to share her deep well of knowledge within the vast arenas of mental health programming with the communities we serve.

May 5th marks a Remembrance Day for the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls in Canada.

We observe, honour and remember victims and survivors and commit to raising awareness about the Indigenous nations history, contributions and the injustices that they have experienced and endured.

در روز ۵ ماه مه ، کانادا یاد زنان و دختران به قتل رسیده و مفقود الاثر ملل ایندیجینوس را گرامی میدارد و و آگاهی فراتری را در مورد این فجایع اشاعه می‌دهد.

ما نیز متعهدانه و به احترام ملل ایندیجینوس تلاش می‌کنیم که به آگاهی خود از تاریخ و تجربه های متحمل تاریخی این ملل بیفزاییم.

At our music program today, we took a minute to reflect and listen to our music director playing a piece by Led Zeppelin, Stairways to Heaven. 🎶

May 3rd is marked as the World Free Press Day by UNESCO. We value and honour free press and committed journalists who amplify the truths, continue to be the voice of the voiceless and refuse to be silenced.🗞️✨

April is a month designated to appreciate volunteer contributions. We held various events at I2CRC to say thank you to our volunteers. We would also reserve these final hours of April to one more time extend our gratitude to all who pour their hearts and souls to build the community up. Salute and thank you. ✨
