Headstock colour has been applied (forgot to do it when I was doing the body! Had to remix new dye colour again for that little bit!!!), machine heads positioned, holes drilled and logo is applied. I just have to wait a day or two for all the color to cure on the headstock surface so I can add my clear on to seal the logo then I’m ready for final assembly and setup.

All wired up, just have to finish the neck headstock and then I’m ready for setup. This will be for sale really soon.

So I’ve been taking pictures of each of the stages of this build but I keep forgetting to post them so I’m posting a bunch all together at once! This collection of photos, dying and staining, weathering the finish, clear and seal the finish, neck fitting, hardware fitting and wiring!

Rough route complete, a bit of finishing left then on to adding colour. I’ve got a cool finish in my favorite colour planned for this one.

Getting to the finishing stages on this Blade Guitar. Solid maple body and neck, "Official" Floyd Rose FRX bridge in black nickel, EMG Pickups KA series, black nickel hardware. I can’t wait to play this one!

I will have the necks finished today and logos applied to their headstocks.
