Have you ever woken up unable to turn your neck... and immediately searched YouTube for exercises? đź‘€
🚨This is your sign to stop.
The same pain doesn't always have the same cause. An exercise that helps one person could do nothing—or even make someone else's symptoms worse.
That's why our physiotherapists take a holistic approach, assessing your symptoms, movement patterns, and health history to identify the root cause of your pain—not just treat the symptoms.
Whether you're dealing with neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries, or persistent aches, we'll create a treatment plan that's tailored to your body.
If you've been struggling to find lasting pain relief, we're here to help.
📍Book your physiotherapy assessment at Health Bound and take the first step toward recovery.
If you’ve ever caught yourself saying...

“My joints feel stiff and sore.”
“Exercise is too painful”
“I’m afraid of re-injuring myself”
“I feel unsteady.”
..it might be time to try hydrotherapyđź’§
Hydrotherapy uses the warmth and buoyancy of water to reduce stress on your joints, making it easier to move, build strength, and recover with less discomfort. Whether you’re managing arthritis, recovering from an injury, or living with chronic pain, it can be a safe, low-impact way to get moving again.
Ready to experience the benefits? Book an assessment with our team to see if hydrotherapy is right for you.

Poor posture can contribute to neck pain, headaches, upper back stiffness, and fatigue from sitting for long periods.
The good news? Physiotherapy can help.
Physiotherapy gets to the root cause by identifying muscle imbalances, improving mobility, and strengthening weak areas, addressing the underlying causes of poor posture rather than simply masking symptoms.

That nagging pain between your shoulder blades?👇
Give these two rhomboid exercises a try:
✔️ Rhomboid stretch
✔️ Band pull-aparts
They’re great for improving mobility, activating the muscles between your shoulder blades, and relieving tension from prolonged sitting and poor posture.
Save this for later and share it with someone who spends all day at a desk. đź’»

🧠As Brain Injury Awareness Month comes to a close, we're highlighting some of the symptoms of brain injury that often go unrecognized.
While physical symptoms may be more visible, many individuals living with a brain injury experience challenges that others can't see—such as fatigue, memory difficulties, sensory overload, emotional changes, and trouble with planning or organization.
Understanding these symptoms is an important step toward building awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting those affected by brain injuries.
At Health Bound, our Occupational Therapists work with individuals living with acquired and traumatic brain injuries to develop strategies that support independence, daily functioning, and quality of life.
