If you have hypermobility or EDS, you know the struggle… sometimes lounging on a soft couch can actually increase pain instead of relieving it. 🛋️💛 Because our joints and connective tissue are more lax, sinking into unsupported positions can leave our bodies working overtime to stabilize. What feels “comfortable” for others can lead to more strain, tension, and fatigue for us. I’ve been using my @bodybraid while sitting and lounging, and it’s made such a difference. It gives me gentle support and proprioceptive feedback so I can actually relax without feeling like my body is collapsing into the couch.
