This 15’ custom dyed peach ombré veil is a true show stopper!!
When we were dreaming up this editorial turned to me and said “What about a loooonngggg ombré peach veil” and we immediately contacted to see if she was onboard. Needless to say - she was!
I know she worked really hard to get the peach tone perfect (and dying her hands orange in the process). I feel truly blessed to be surrounded by such talented friendors who always make even the wildest dreams come true.

Happy Friday everybody! 𝐈’𝐦 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐧, and that’s my trusty sidekick Mokey on my lap. I’ve been training Mokey on how to make a kick-ass wedding day timeline, but it’s not going so well as all she seems to be good at is sleeping and providing lots of cuddles. Ah well, I’ll take it!
Jokes aside, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐲 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. Seriously, you all rock and I am so beyond grateful I get to work with such incredible people and be involved in planning the most important day of your life. It really is so special to me.
This year has been a rollercoaster, but it has also birthed some really exciting new ventures. 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 @𝐰𝐞𝐝𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 @𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞, and we launched our first course back in September. 𝘞𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩, 𝘴𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘦𝘥!
I also created 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 and 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 which so many of you seem to be enjoying. Thank you for watching and voting - it means the world to me! 💕

This stunning wedding was from this past March in Florida. I haven’t physically worked an event since, but I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes on postponements, social media, consulting for venues and brides, planning for 2020, 2021 and 2022 weddings, and on-boarding many new clients.
I am so excited that I have a wedding tomorrow as well as next weekend, and a few more on the go before the year is through. Wedding days are my happy place and I’m looking forward to being back in the swing of things tomorrow.

Sara has been working with Swoon for many years now. When I say I am grateful to have her on my team, I mean it! Sara is beyond organized, genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever known, and is a total macguyver on wedding days!
I’ve watched her make boutonnières, sew broken zippers and buttons, re-attach eyelashes, fix bouquets, and the list goes on. And yes those are just some of the crazy things that go on behind the scenes on the day of the wedding!!
Mokey is a big part of the team, even if all she does is look cute and sleep. We have some other team members missing from this photo, and I promise I’ll show more of them soon.
