Today wear pink to show your support for anti-bullying.
Another year helping out at thejackproject.org! ! It's going to be awesome. A weekend dedicated to great young minds helping other great young minds move past mental health issues and on to a brighter future. Can't wait.
For today look for something beautiful, do not anger, be kind, and forgive yourself as well as others. Feel the stress melt away.
Stressors will always circulate around you, this is called living. How you deal with those stressors will determine the quality of your life.

Go outside and commune with nature. This time of year is especially magical because of Mother nature's transition. Being out in nature is the most natural stress reducer you can find.

When you feel yourself getting anxious or wound up, try taking 3 deep breaths. Inhale slowly and deeply, hold the breath for 3 or 4 seconds then exhale slowly.
You'll feel your whole body and mind relax.
