Happiness does have a pretty important role in our lives, and it can have a huge impact on the way we live our lives. But how do we define happiness? Well, you donโt. Happiness is a state, not a trait and this state varies person to person. Which means you have to look for things that make YOU happy.
Sit down and really think about what makes you happy. Think about both the little things, and the bigger things.
