CMVA 2026 ATC: STUDENTS: PRESENT YOUR WORK AND GET A CHANCE TO WIN A BURSARY
A low registration fee is intended for students in order to encourage their participation. Student first prize of $400 and second prize of $300 will be awarded to the best student presentations (judged by a committee of peers), as well as a student membership with the CMVA until December 31, 2027. Only articles written and presented by the students as first author will be eligible for the Student Prize which will be awarded during the Happy Hour on Wednesday. Students who register as presenters will be granted free access to the entire conference, including meals offered in the Trade Show Hall.

CTA ACVM 2026 : ÉTUDIANTS, PRÉSENTEZ VOS TRAVAUX ET COUREZ LA CHANCE DE VOUS MÉRITER UNE BOURSE
Un coût d'inscription préférentiel est destiné aux étudiants de façon à favoriser leur participation. Un premier prix de 400 $ et un deuxième prix de 300 $seront attribués aux meilleures présentations étudiantes (jugées par un comité de pairs), de même qu’une adhésion d’étudiant à l’ACVM jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027. Seuls les articles rédigés et présentés par les étudiants comme premier auteur seront éligibles au Prix étudiants qui seront attribués lors du 5 à 7 du mercredi. Les étudiants qui s'inscriront comme présentateur se verront accorder l'accès gratuit à toute la conférence, incluant les repas offerts au Salon des exposants.

CMVA 2026 ATC: VIBRATION HARDWARE ROUND-UP TABLE
This 1-day workshop is designed for new and experienced vibration program users who want to improve how they are using existing vibration hardware and software, learn practical tips and tricks from SMEs and evaluate their current vibration program against industry benchmarks. This session emphasizes hands-on-learning, open discussion, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. Participants are encouraged to bring their own vibration hardware and, where feasible, software to optimize their programs in real time. The primary objective is to enable current users by sharing practical methods for performing advanced functions within their existing vibration programs. Participants will be better positioned to identify gaps, determine next steps, and make informed decisions regarding further training or program development. CTA ACVM 2026 : TABLE RONDE SUR LES OUTILS DE CONTRÔLE DES VIBRATIONSL (EN ANGLAIS)
Cet atelier d’une journée s'adresse aux utilisateurs, débutants ou expérimentés, de logiciels de contrôle des vibrations souhaitant optimiser l'utilisation de leurs matériels et logiciels existants, bénéficier de conseils et astuces pratiques d'experts et évaluer leurs logiciels par rapport aux meilleures pratiques du secteur. L'accent est mis sur l'apprentissage pratique, les échanges ouverts et le partage de connaissances entre pairs. Les participants sont invités à apporter leur propre matériel et, si possible, leurs logiciels afin d'optimiser leurs programmes en temps réel. L'objectif principal est d'aider les utilisateurs actuels en partageant des méthodes pratiques pour réaliser des fonctions avancées au sein de leurs logiciels. Les participants seront ainsi mieux à même d'identifier les points à améliorer, de définir les prochaines étapes et de prendre des décisions éclairées concernant la formation continue ou le développement de leurs programmes.
