The Brown Couple...

When our first baby was super colicky we were struggling as we couldn’t hang a thooli/jhula for her to nap in. Our hands would hurt due to rocking her constantly.

We finally figured out a hack by using the stand of and Egg chair swing to tie the baby swing and it works like a charm! For our second baby we bought it right away!

Everyone including family, friends, doctors and nurses kept saying the same thing since I got pregnant the second time! Second baby will be super easy.. labor will be short, pregnancy will be smooth, your body already remembers what to do!

But guess what? It was the opposite. Every day was hard right from the beginning. The nausea was severe where I was throwing up till I delivered. Food aversions made it hard to manage my gestational diabetes and had to go on insulin. My labor that was supposed to be fast lasted 20+ hours and no one told me having tremors were normal. I was vomiting and shaking throughout my labor with no control over my body!

When I finally met my little angel I thought the worst was behind me but one week after birth I was back at the hospital with very high blood pressure and was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 😢

Now at 3 months postpartum things are a bit under control but what a roller coaster ride this was!! Motherhood is always a challenge and a blessing wrapped in one!

It was also the last time he ever danced in life 😂
