Day 4 is upon me, and all weekend I had my loved ones w me...
What a difference family makes, and how the younger ones bring in soo much love & support. But have to thank both my daughters for being here thru the hard parts.

I started to wear my mechanical brace from years gone back and soo much support.
But physio therapy (PT) starts today and daily excercise will be key, plus lose weight & get this body back to shape.

My Skier Friends,
Who has replaced a knee?
And found that your feel for the ski & snow has changed?
Tomorrow, I'm going in for a long overdue knee replacement and hope to be back on skis in the 24/25 ski season.
Not looking forward to the surgery, but looking forward to a straight knee vs bull-legged, no pain, and walk a mile or two.
