🚀 What happens if you jump off a spacecraft orbiting Earth?

Apparently… you land at 550 Front St W #207 😃

This 2-storey, 2-bedroom condo in King West is the kind of layout you rarely see anymore.

✨ 1,073 sq ft of interior space
☀️ Sunny south exposure
🌿 200+ sq ft walk-out private terrace
🏡 Townhouse-style living in a condo building

Units with this much indoor + outdoor space in downtown Toronto are getting harder to find. They really don’t build them like this anymore.

Come see it for yourself.

📩 DM me to book a private showing.

Homebuyer Myth: Are newer condos always better than older condos? 🏢

Not always.

While new buildings look sleek and modern, older condos often offer bigger floorplans, better layouts, and a much lower price per square foot.

They were built in an era when space mattered more than squeezing in extra units.

You’ll also often find more long-term end users, less turnover, and better overall livability.

Sometimes the “older” option is actually the smarter buy.

Thinking about buying a condo and not sure what to pay attention to? DM me to find out what I look for in a great condo.

✨ Imagine getting a condo for $200,000 off.

It might sound crazy, but that’s exactly what I found recently for one of my clients.

3 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,003 sq ft
Purchase Price: $600,000

Comparable units in the building were selling for around $800K in 2025. So this might be one of the best deals I’ve seen all year!!

Depending on your situation, owning can sometimes be the smarter long-term move. In this case, my clients made the move and secured a beautiful condo that checked all the boxes. 🏙️

Deals like this don’t show up every day. If you’re thinking about buying and want to see what opportunities exist in today’s market, send me a DM.

Why Did Ontario Remove HST on New Construction Homes? 04/02/2026

📊 🇨🇦 I wrote a short article on why the policy to temporarily waive HST may not benefit the average home buyer.

Check the link below.

Why Did Ontario Remove HST on New Construction Homes? Ontario recently announced the removal of HST on new construction homes. At first glance, this sounds like a major price reduction for buyers, but the reality is a bit more complicated.
