flower power 🌺 under the bridge next to where I grew up in toronto
I painted this flower face a few weeks ago alongside and . the structure had previously been adorned by
after 10 years of making street art mostly in Montreal, I’ve finally started to gift some art to the neighborhood I grew up in. It was such a joy to connect with the local community through art.
I then came back to do a little photoshoot with the hoodie I designed titled ‘sol blossom’ that matches this painting (which are available on my site - not sure for how much longer)
grateful to be able to express myself through art, through all life’s complexities, and share my soul creations in public space for others to enjoy ☀️

after over a year since I first painted these murals in montreal, they are finally installed and on display !!
but first I had to repaint one of them after the main panel was stolen 🙃
long story short - the restaurant I painted them for .ca is undergoing serious renovations and in order to protect the exterior from more damage, they covered everything in wood panels. Two sections of which carry art i made with the owner’s vision in mind.
you can check out these artworks in person on rue Prince Arthur and Hotel-de-Ville. It is such a romantic street, I was quite literally serenaded each day i was there (check the 2nd last clip for proof)
thank you .ca and .photo for the opportunity. I look forward to seeing how the space evolves 🌀

self portrait study from yesterday 💙👁️🌀 crazy how different it looks in different lightings - I feel the emotion completely changes.
You know I forget sometimes that I can draw/paint realistically. I used to do it all the time in high school but I guess I got bored of just copying a picture so I went the total opposite direction and just started making art from my imagination - no references at all.
I think both ways of making art are valuable and I want to incorporate more references in my art and spend more time with realism.
I think most of you had no idea I could actually draw 😅 just so you know - I can haha and my more stylized art is definitely a choice ! It’s more fun to me, but evidently I am capable of realism and I should put that skill to use more often.
I am even thinking of offering portrait commissions … so message me if that would be something of interest, I need to build a portfolio/confidence in my abilities so I would offer a good deal for the first few.
This process was very cathartic to me - staring into my own eyes for 3 hours, in complete flow state, and now I have a painting staring back at me 👁️💙
Just a reminder to get out of your comfort zone more often 🌀 you never know where it’ll take you 🌊

⚡️TRUST•YR•GUT⚡️it’s a skill to even be able to hear what your gut is saying, and truly an exercise in faith to actually follow it.
on Saturday I painted this lil angel friend in Kensington market, the hip and trendy area in Toronto all the cool kids go to vintage shop, and met quite a few wonderful people who appreciated the art I was making.
one of them helped me decide on the message I wanted this guy to share - to trust yr gut even if it goes against what your mind/ego wants, things will make sense eventually.
hopefully this piece can serve as a reminder to people walking by and maybe even as a ✨sign✨ during tough decisions to do just that - trust yr gut.

had such a great time live painting at the Astronights Libra Party this past Saturday with .visionary.arts collective 🌟
the canvas I brought to paint is one that I had stretched myself, did the initial sketch and background fill, and then completely abandoned for over two years.
recently I’ve been in a process of going through the things of my past, and bringing new life to them, so I thought this would be the perfect piece to finally bring to life and to be able to share that process with an audience 👁️
the piece is not finished but now that the base layers are done, it’ll be a lot easier to complete than how it was before.
I am always grateful for the opportunity to share my art and process with others. I loved hearing everyone’s interpretations and reflections on what they see in my art. To me it’s all very intuitive so the concept is often revealed to me after I’ve already done my job of putting everything in its place and bringing the story to life.
but overall this piece is about the forces that aid us in our growth, and how our evolution as humans is mirrored in the way flowers bloom 🌺 the cycle of death and rebirth nature undergoes is the same one we go through, just on a different scale.
as above, so below 🌜🌷🌞
thank you to .rhythmix for organizing this wonderful event. I am looking forward to more astronights in the future 🌞

the birthing / blooming of life supported by the elements of the cosmos 🔆🌸💜🌝
this painting is really important for me as it marks the first piece of street art I’ve done in over a year, and the first one ever really in toronto.
this last year or two I’ve gone through a ton of transitions, and there were points where I didn’t recognize myself at all, and frankly I didn’t really like who I had become.
making street art was always a big part of my identity, and I thought I had lost that part of me. that drive to leave my mark and inspire people on their path. turns out that part of me was just dormant, taking a break, but it was still there, within me. and it took being around the right people to bring it back to life 💫
I painted this piece alongside .art and .e_one on Saturday, following an ultra inspiring gallery show (check my last post for that recap)
I was tired (a little hungover) and after 4 hours of painting, I was exhausted, my body so sore, hands encrusted with paint, but I felt so full of life ⚡️
this path is not linear. there will be de ath and there will be rebirth. but with a little help from the forces above, we will rise again. that’s what this piece means to me.
thank you to all that’s brought me back to life 🔆

a bit faded and dirty but still gettin the job done 🥚
this place is really really special. community, abundance of nature, and lots of love.
if you are in the Montreal area and need fresh eggs, honey, or garlic and want to support a local community initiative, this is the place to come !
and if you want a bouquet of beautiful flowers contact and she will meet you there so you can pick your favourites (this is the best time of the year for it!)
thank you to everyone at Valhalla for all you do, and for those who’ve never been to this amazing place before, you’re gonna wanna change that and get in on this magic✨

work in process 🦋🌱🌷🌟
Just over a month ago I took a lumen print making workshop facilitated by where we used different found objects to leave a print on photo paper using the sun.
The results inspired me so much that I needed to use them as a reference for painting. I love the pastel colours and soft gradient effect and how it’s like the objects are leaving an impression or a memory of themselves on the paper. It’s almost like how things in the subconscious are remembered as memories - hazy, ethereal and not completely solid.
Happy to be painting more again. Each time I do, I remember.
I remember my power
I remember my gifts
I remember the joy of creating something out of nothing and following those little nudges of inspiration and seeing where they will take you.
Looking forward to how this one ends up 🦋
To many more 💫

“eye see you” has been an iconic symbol in my art for nearly a decade 👁️
Initially created as a symbol of the active female gaze (as opposed to a passive one) and painted in the streets of Montreal, it has evolved to represent the interconnectedness of all things.
The eye signifies insight, connection, and the importance of truly seeing one another. The evolved mantra, “eye see you, eye love you, eye am you,” captures this essence of love and acceptance.
This collection includes 3 embroidered items: the ‘Eye See You’ Baseball Hat, oversized tie dye shirt, and denim bucket hat.
Revisiting this design in the form of wearable art has been a journey of reflection and recommitment to my creative roots. It’s a reminder of the importance of continually finding new ways to express ourselves, while also honouring the past and what made you who you are today.
“eye see you” has traveled with me through my street art, becoming a tagline I’ve shared around the world. Its presence in various cities serves as an image of empathy and understanding, reminding us to see and accept each other as we are.
Wearing this design isn’t just about fashion, it’s about participating in a larger story of unity and understanding 👁️
I’m so grateful to have you along on this ever-lasting journey. The support I receive when I share my heArt is what keeps me going, so thank you for being here. 💓
