What a great night! Sandra and I went to go see the 50th Anniversary tour of Triumph, here, in Florida. It was so great to see Rik Emmett playing the songs that I grew up on. Calling him a friend is my honor 🙏 As many of you know, we recorded an album together along with Oscar Lopez called ‘Trifecta’ which went on to be nominated for a Juno award (Canada’s Grammys). Rik is singing great and playing better than ever. What made the night even more special, was that our Toronto boy Phil X is on the tour with them.  Phil is one of the greatest rock guitar players in the world! For those of you who may not know , Phil has been the guitar player for Bon Jovi after Richie Sambora left the band. An incredible musician, a humble and sweetheart of a guy. And he’s Greek!!   It was great to catch up with an old friend, Neill Dixon, and his beautiful wife, Ruth as well. (I actually performed at their wedding.)❤️ Go see Triumph in concert folks! They are all over North America over the next two months.
