Had the best time with and her fam up in beautiful Bancroft.

Had the absolute best time celebrating my sister and her little baby bean last week.

Yes, the image of my sister in a pool with a deviled egg in each hand will be etched in my brain forever. But what stands out most is the love, support and honesty, that these women brought. This is what community is all about. Showing up to celebrate but also to share their own stories, experiences and to let you know they’ll be there for you through the good and the messy times.

June so far has been a pretty great month.

The birthday bros turned 12 and 15 this past weekend (how?!?! 😭😭😭) and after a great Father’s Day dinner I took off for a couple days on Georgian Bay.

March flew by so decided to take a few minutes to reflect on all that happened. And turns out I did a ton of fun stuff.

And also spent a week in bed and on the couch, but a little forced downtime isn’t so bad I guess.

Had the best weekend away with the ladies- until I got hit with the cold/flu and spent most of the day Sunday in bed. But Saturday was a total dream with cross-country skiing, fondu and some much needed soaking

Had the coziest little Snow Storm/Family Day Weekend.

GRATEFUL.

This year has been full of personal growth and reflection. And not gonna lie, it’s been messy.

But there is so much to be grateful for. So many people who have held my hand, listened and allowed me to be my most vulnerable self.

I’m grateful for the opportunities to get out of my own damn head and see the incredible beauty that is all around us. The people that need that same kind of love and acceptance.
