Our association had its beginnings with Toronto colleges in May 1980. At that time it was known as the Metro Colleges Mathematics Association (MCMA).
The OCMA is a grass roots association which was created to improve the mathematics teaching and learning environment at Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technologies (CAAT). The need and popularity of the association has grown and in 1991 the association became the Ontario Colleges Mathematics Association (OCMA). In 1997 the OCMA became an affiliate of the American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges.

IT’S HERE! The OCMA Conference is taking place October 25-27th with both in-person and virtual participation. Details and registration links can be found at https://www.theocma.org/. To maintain health and safety requirements, the in-person option is limited to 50 participants, so make sure to register ASAP!

As we near the official beginning of Summer, we wanted to share a reminder that the 2021 OCMA Conference will be October 25 - 27 at Fern Resort, with remote access available for those not attending in person.
