Had fun illustrating this bear mascot for childcare centre Ridley Orchard, now live across their online presence, social media and branding 🐻The front-facing bear is what we started with, then we developed additional poses and activities related to the centre. Thanks Jack for art directing, always nice to collab together!

It must be the holiday season as I sketched another event ✍🏼 It was SKIN MED Laser Clinic's VIP customer appreciation night and I customized guest portraits on makeup bags. It was 2 hours of nonstop sketching fun and I even got to practice my Mandarin with guests 🇨🇳🤓 the food was also delicious which they graciously let me have some of 🙏🏼 what a wonderful night!

My first piece as inspired by Hom Sweet Hom! It was a plant theme this week so I had to give it a go. I heard this quote 3+ years ago and held on to it, intending one day to turn it into a lettering illustration. With my LA work trip last week still fresh in my mind, it was only natural to include tropical foliage to convey the message 🌴🌺☀️🌿 And patience is something I'm always trying to improve anyway!

It's been 1 week since kate spade's tragic passing and I'm still shocked as I've always loved her colourful and cheery designs. Many blog posts describe her bags as a milestone for young working women, often being the first designer bag bought with their hard earned money. I certainly remember how proud I felt when I got this black and ivory bag in 2014. It's been my work bag ever since thanks to its classic and modern style. I also remember when her brand first arrived in Canada, how exciting it was (and still is) to discover new and unique pieces at her stores - there was always something I loved!
Kate, thank you for inspiring women to embrace the quirky and fun side of life. Here's to a legendary designer 🎀💖✨

First time sketching on iPad Pro in Procreate and I chose a royal subject: Meghan Markle aka Duchess of Sussex! How amazing is her tiara?! ❤️So exciting to watch the royal wedding and can't wait to see this next chapter in their lives 🇬🇧💍👰🏽🤵🏼
