Amazing Burgundy wine tasting at Modus patio. The whites were matched with Scalops and Brussels sprouts in Pernod saffron sauce, Black tiger shrimp with braised fennel and Vitello Tonnato. For the reds, we had 40 days aged Prime Canadian Striploin, veal Milanese, and house made sausages. Obviously the DRC took the spotlight in the reds. For the whites, Batard Grand Cru 2018, was untouchable.
