The Mind Game is a business that is dedicated on improving the mental toughness of athletes.

As athletes, we track reps, recovery, hydration, and performance- but we often ignore the one thing that drives it all: our mental energy.
Low battery doesn't just happen to your phone.
It happens to your focus, your confidence and your decision-making.
Refuel your mind the same way you refuel your body:
🧠 Rest when needed
🧠 Reset after mistakes
🧠 Recharge with intention

Welcome to ✨ Back to the Mat ✨
They say once a gymnast, always a gymnast 🤷♀️ Relearning skills that used to come naturally has been the challenge I didn’t know I needed. Going back to where it all began with some of my old teammates has been incredibly rewarding.
Open gym at runs every Wednesday from 8–10pm. Send me a DM and let’s go together!

"I played, now I lead"
This International Women’s Day, we're throwing it back to 2024. I served as the Program Coordinator for Built to Run program, highlighting the many events within track and field. What once shaped me as an athlete came full circle in a leadership role.
Being able to lean on my connections and have my track girls show up to support me made the experience even more meaningful.
Together, we created a space where young girls in our community could explore different events, discover their strengths, and maybe even fall in love with the sport that has given me so much.
There is undeniable empowerment when women lead. When we open doors, create opportunities, and show the next generation what’s possible. This is what leadership looks like. This is what representation feels like 🤎

To the little girl who joined cross country because her bestfriend asked her to not because she liked running... you will continue running 20+ years later empowering girls the importance of staying in sport, allowing them to believe in themselves and lead with confidence!
I started because of my friend. I stayed because sport changed me. This is the power of sport.
