Gave these chairs one final makeover before listing them for sale and now I’m second guessing wanting to sell them. I really need to stop refinishing items before I sell them, my basement is never going to be cleared out at this rate. 🥴

The only thing keeping me sane not working is tweaking and re- tweaking my home. Pretty sure every room in the house has been re done 2-3 times now.

I love bringing life back to older outdated pieces. Super pleased with how this one is turning out.

Well I dropped the ball on my before pictures, but managed to get the last window I worked on today in to reflect the state of these neglected windows at our family cottage. They hadn’t been painted or fixed up since my family bought it 23 years ago.. who knows how long before that. And as you can see I still have some cleaning do around the glass from the paint job prior. But huge improvement so far. Thank goodness for oil primer, it really makes a huge difference covering and smoothing out all the imperfections of the surface that still remained after sanding

Emma’s bedroom makeover is complete. Opted to save a few $$ And try and create the curtains she wanted out of an old pair of sheers I had kicking around. She says the ones I dyed are better than the ones she found online so that’s a win!

A newly decorated and painted bedroom deserves a matching bathroom.
