Summer mornings are so peaceful. I have been getting up early before the kids get up and sneak to the backyard. I walk barefoot on the grass to help ground me to the earth then do some breathing and asanas. It’s an energizing way to start the day!

This is life!!!
So why so much malice, so much envy, so much hate, so much resentment and so much selfishness?
