This summer season we're looking for two team members to join us at the farmers market on Saturdays and Sundays - some stalls are outdoor and some are indoor. If interested, please get in touch with us for more info.

STORY TIME ☕

Aramo is a historic cooperative established in 1968 within Ethiopia’s Gedeo zone. Part of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU), Aramo consists of nearly 1,600 smallholder organic farmers who manage 1,300 hectares of land.

The region’s "Yirgacheffe" terroir is a global benchmark for complexity. While washed coffees are jasmine-like, Aramo’s Grade 3 naturals are soft, creamy, and jammy with floral hints. These naturals undergo rigorous sorting and a three-week sun-drying process on raised tables, where they are constantly rotated and hand-sorted for quality.

The YCFCU represents over 45,000 members across 28 cooperatives. Each cooperative elects an executive committee to manage investments, social services, and infrastructure, while union-appointed managers oversee processing standards to ensure consistent quality

As this year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect. Working for myself has felt like a seven-day-a-week job! grinding, pushing through every challenge, my headache, and sleepless nights, gut issues, anxiety etc... But I am grateful anyway! I'm grateful for the strength and the guidance I found through prayer, 🕯️
it allowed my faith to grow and revealed an abundance of opportunities . Thank you, God, for the protection and the good health. Thank you for lifting me and guiding me. 🙏

I also want to thank myself for listening to my heart, trusting the process, and pushing through and forward with no fear of the unknown, regardless of the conditions.

If I could share one lesson learned this year, even though I feel like writing an entire book, it would be to live day by day, to be present in the moment, Be grounded, calm, and gentle with your heart. Be honest with yourself, lead from the heart, and be the best version of yourself. Love yourself and give it all you’ve got. Stop dwelling on the past; it does not dictate your future. Stay centered and be here. You can accomplish anything you want, The only impossible journey is the one that you never begin!

We operate as a mobile coffee service, traveling to various events year-round, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to serve high-quality coffee and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Please note that prior experience in coffee/barista work is required, and having access to a personal vehicle is strongly preferred due to the travel nature of the role.
