We pride ourselves on listening to our borrowers' stories to better assist them. Meet Dino, one of our longest-standing borrowers. When he needed financing almost two decades ago, he faced multiple challenges as other lenders did not understand his situation. We couldn't be happier to have enabled Dino and his family to continue to run their business.
Getting financing for a project is never an easy process. When you add to that a global pandemic its impact across industries, there is an added layer of complexity.
When Spencer approached us about this redevelopment project, we considered the benefits it would bring to the Downtown Toronto community and decided to take the risk. We are glad we did.

For today’s , we would like to feature The Trinity Pub & Oderin Hall. Located on the famous George Street in St John’s, NL, this century-old mixed-used property was converted into a pub at the bottom, with apartments at the top. Cheers to another project that Moskowitz Capital helped bring to completion in time for opening day! 🍻
