Going through the toughest breakup and separation of my life this year has taught me the importance of letting go.
I aspire and try to live my life as freely as I possibly can- in the way I show and share love, in how i speak and in how i choose to spend my days.
There is way too much on this beautiful planet for me to see to focus on settling into a stagnant life. The worst thing we can do is become comfortable, because then we stop trying new things.
Connecting your energy to the universe around you has been the biggest eye opening experience for me. Trust in all that is happening, don’t rush your life or the process and take time to explore yourself and the world.
When you act out of love, you never lose.
I’ve been wanting to do this for years and now I have the confidence, the time and the hurt to motivate this trip and the trips to come.
Next up, Iceland 🇮🇸

I don’t got a summer body because I be lifting 24/7 😂
—-> it’s almost that time of year where we modify our training to reflect the season’s change! Many choose to go on a “cut” or deficit. This year I didn’t bulk at all, I sustained my eating and protein goal with the addition of creatine and I saw greater results than when I was bulking (personally). Trust whatever your body is telling you, it knows best!

Since rejoining the gym for the first time since the pandemic shut everything down, I’ve lost around 10 lbs of fat just because of the consistency and intensity increase in my workouts! So I’m back at 135lbs rn which is a good weight for me! Although pull-ups have become harder as I’ve gained more muscle and weight, I’ll get them back soon 💪🏼

Working on that 🍑

We fitness people love to post workouts that are “optimal” and effective but working out should also be fun so sometimes it’s okay to do the non optimal exercises that you enjoy.
I used to love doing jump squats and pulse squats just for fun but I can’t remember the last time I did them. I used to love TRX work. Reach your goals but also remember to enjoy the process.
We don’t have to hip-thrust every single workout 🙌🏻

May the a$$ get fatter and the discrepancy between pay for men and women get flatter (no but seriously)

Had a mental collapse last night. When too much is on your plate it can be overwhelming. Hustle culture is toxic but still end up feeding into it.
I think we are all actually meant to live simple: eat, workout, sleep, live.
I’ve been sick the last week and haven’t been on here as much and am mad at myself for it because I started creating content to share about fitness. That was always my #1 sharing purpose.
I aspire to continue teaching you and sharing as I grow as i have over the last 7 years.
Fitness is a lifestyle and it’s forever. So I want to share and post more as I grow. ❤️
Thank you besties for all being here! What do you want to learn about? What do you need help with?
