Love making little onigiri rice balls (more like logs) with nori sometimes :) so here is some lovely nori seaweed with crabmeat, rice and seasoning! Rolled up into almost like a hand roll it’s delicious 😋

It’s been a while guys! I don’t post as often ever since our family expanded last summer, but I def have a lot of home cooked foods I still want to share so when I get the chance I will try my best to do so!

I love street style tacos… and whenever I get a craving sometimes I do make my own!

Hope everyone really enjoyed their long Easter weekend! Things were crazy in our house and of course right after my perfect dinner was served, our water softener broke and all our pipes were clogged with resin 😒

Needless to say it was a weekend full of drama! But here is the beautiful spread - to be honest I’m quite proud of whipping all of this up while also dealing with a baby but thankful for hubby’s help 🙏

Featuring fresh antibiotic free Turkey with classic stuffing (bread from ), roasted acorn squash, carrots and mashed potatoes~ 🥘 and of course the turkey gravy and cranberry sauce is a must! 😋

Have been trying out the different food box subscriptions lately to help with cooking now that I have a LO. Featuring box:

Pan fried salmon with lemon dill sauce served on a bed of spinach, tomato and couscous salad 🥗

Tasted great but I did make some adjustments - used chicken broth to cook the couscous and added some 21 seasoning on the salmon! Delicious and portion sizes are quite decent!

Nothing beats a freshly proofed Neapolitan dough dressed with fresh Buffalo mozzarella, basil and ground chicken (a little extra to the traditional way!) and 90 seconds in the and voila!

It’s BBQ season!! Perfect weather to grill some homemade burger patties with brioche bun, Swiss 🧀, sautéed mushrooms, served alongside a cucumber tomato avocado and blackberry salad tossed with balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and lemon juice ~
