Introducing 'Etta', named after a super cool mom of one of my closest friends. She introduced me to espresso sugar and changed my world for the better.
Flavour profile: espresso vanilla cake, filled with cream cheese icing infused with espresso sugar & espresso, and topped with crushed chocolate espresso beans ☕

The 'Cerise' is a Black Forest Cake, and is just as good with a vanilla cake base. Perfect those who are not into chocolate cake as much 🍒
Flavour profile: vanilla cake, with cherry filling in the centre, and topped with cream cheese icing, a maraschino cherry and chocolate sprinkles.
Don't you just love a tasty little bite sized treat?
My twisties are perfect for indulging in a guilty pleasure but without experiencing the guilt.
