Today we met up with Lloyd from Lloyd and Son’s Reno to get some insight on his rise to success as a general contractor in Toronto! If you’re interested in being featured on our page, dm us the word “Growth Mindset” and we’ll reach out if you qualify.

Yes this is the same space!

This Reno transformed the basement laundry area into a cleaner, brighter, and more intentional space. The ceiling was finished to conceal ductwork, instantly making the room feel taller and more polished. Improved lighting brightened the entire area, eliminating shadows and giving it a fresh feel.

Walls were refinished and painted, creating a cohesive look that separates the laundry area from the rest of the basement.

Updated storage solutions reduced clutter, and the appliances were integrated into a more streamlined layout.

▪️Exhaust vent was left in the ceiling and all the wiring was very sketchy. But we still got it done✅ 🚽 🛀🚿

This was apart of a full basement makeover stay tuned for the rest.⬇️⬇️
