“Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember 💜

My love for movement started through ballet. Dance became a safe space for me, a way to express myself and connect to my body in a meaningful way.

After years of dancing professionally and teaching movement, I found a deeper passion in helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected through movement too ✨

What began as Etobicoke Pilates slowly evolved into Good Forme, a space rooted in helping people move better and feel better, while creating an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and free from judgment.

To everyone who has been part of this journey so far, thank you. I’m so grateful you’re here, and I can’t wait for everything still to come”🌿
