Our Story
tellent is an online resource for professional women to pursue career and life ambitions through access to flexible work.

In January 2020 we launched a National Talent Ecosystem to support our job board, strengthen our network and increase access to flexible work opportunities 🙌🙌.
This is a private paid network for professional women, freelancers & inclusive businesses to find, create and fill flexible roles. We have amalgamated our archive of great content and our tribe of amazing humans into one technology platform and starting the next chapter of this community with some amazing partnerships.
To increase our impact and reach, we have partnered with several associations from across Canada, including The Atelier Collective, Women of Influence, The Workaround, Mompreneurs Showcase Group and The Ladies Community to bring together professional women, freelancers, entrepreneurs and inclusive businesses from across sectors, roles and provinces, so that we can find, create and fill flexible roles. Wow, right??!!
