We take pride in utilizing techniques that replace the use of artificial preservatives with fresh ingredients you can pronounce.
First and foremost, FOC is still very much so in business.
We have, however, made the difficult decision to say farewell to our 127 Manville location. The storefront is now closed. Online and wholesale are still in full swing.
We have another production facility already in the works that's bigger and better to ensure we execute the best product we possibly can for you. Multiple collaborations are on the way, as well as some new additions to the FOC line.
Please be patient with us as we make this sudden but necessary transition. We appreciate every single person who walked through our doors. From new and old customers to friends and family visits. We couldn't be any more thankful.

Behold our Miso Garlic Confit hot sauce.
A painstakingly crafted Asian style hot sauce, combining miso with a garlic confit, dashi, sh*take mushroom, yuzu, sake, soya sauce, scallions, and ginger, plus a dash of sesame oil.
With a heat rating of 4/5, this is one not to be messed with as we've combined Thai chilis, shish*to, and a HEALTHY dose of Dragons Breath peppers. Tread lightly as the heat will build up on you very quickly!
If liquid gold had a flavour, we believe it would taste exactly like this.
Pairs well with ramen, pho, noodles, fried rice, steak, chicken wings, tacos, tofu, salmon, pork chops, fresh rolls and sandwich wraps.

! We'll be handling the food this Friday + Saturday with our good friends at Common Good Beer Co.
Friday: 4pm - 8pm or sold out.
Homemade burgers on the BBQ featuring our house made burger sauce and those caramelized onions everyone fights over. Plus, all the toppings you can handle.
Saturday: 12pm - 6pm or sold out.
Pulled pork and beef tacos. House made pico, guac, bean paste, cotija cheese, and secret sauce on flamed tortillas.
We'll also be sampling our line of sauces plus maybe a new one as well 😏.
