When I began using embodied and quantum practices, everything changed.
Clients started finding me through synchronicities.
Referrals exploded.

I remember the time when I felt completely desperate.
I had spent so much money on marketing — ads, websites, branding, copywriting, social media…But 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.

When I looked at all my expenses...𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.

And the clients who were showing up? They were just as depleted as I was.
Their desperation mirrored mine. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲.

One day, I received an email from someone who said she was a nurse and couldn’t afford a $97 live 8-week course where she’d receive 1:1 support from me. She asked if I could offer her a discount.

That moment cracked something open in me.
That email changed my life.
I realized I couldn’t keep doing this — pouring from an empty cup, giving everything away, hoping for scraps in return.

If I was going to continue showing up in this work, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. After all, I was living in one of the most expensive cities, raising three children on my own.

That day, I made a bold decision:
I stopped all traditional marketing tactics.
No more chasing.
No more forcing.
No more trying to convince people of my value.

Instead, I turned inward — and began the real work:
Re-aligning my energy.
Regulating my nervous system.
Becoming the version of myself who could actually hold the business I longed for.
And that’s when it all shifted.

When you become an embodied healer, your practice fills itself. It wasn’t until I learned to match my nervous system with what I wanted that it showed up.

I remember the exact day my whole life blew up. My marriage of 18 years, my business partnership and business of 11 years….gone. Both ended at the same moment in time.

I had dreams….big dreams and I knew I couldn’t fulfill them the way I was going. How could I truly help others when I couldn’t even help myself. My nervous system was a mess. I brought that into everything I did. My anxiety was sky high, I couldn’t stay calm with my children and my business was in more debt than I could imagine.

I had to leave everything to create something new for myself. 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

It didn’t matter how much marketing I did, or how much money I threw at my practice to fill my caseload…none of it worked.

It took me years of running around looking desperately to find someone who could heal me, to find someone who could help me make my business a success until I realized….𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲….𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

The more I found my way back to myself, the more embodied I became, the safer I felt in my own body, the deeper my sessions went, and 𝗺𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗸𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁.

We’re told success comes from strategy, from “doing more.” But embodiment flips that — the more you come home to yourself, the more magnetic your energy becomes. Clients feel it. They trust it. And you start trusting yourself.
