đż Helping women who are used to carrying everything
put things down
& reconnect to themselves
đ« Womenâs Circles | 1:1 Support
Many of us have become so used to carrying it all that it starts to feel like part of who we are.
Women's Circle is an opportunity to put some of it down.
For 90 minutes, step away from the expectations, responsibilities, and constant pressure to have it all figured out. Join a small group of women for an evening of connection, reflection, and being witnessed exactly where you're at.
This is not a space for fixing, advising, or solving.
It's a space to reconnect with yourself beneath the roles, responsibilities, and identities you've built around carrying everyone else.
đ No fixing.
đ No advice.
đ No pretending.
đ Just a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.

You already know youâre carrying too much...
The mental load.
The emotional weight.
Everyone elseâs needs before your own.
And if youâre honestâŠ
Itâs not that you donât know how to take care of yourself.
Itâs just easier to keep showing up for everyone else
But something in you is getting tired of that...
Done holding everything alone.
Done waiting for the âright time.â
Just done.
Circle is where you start showing up differently.
A grounded space to put some of it down,
and reconnect with yourself in a way that actually lasts.
Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
âš Spots are limited (small, intimate group)

This comes up more than you think.
How good does it feel
when you finally choose yourselfâŠ
and how quickly
do you give it up?
For something that suddenly feels urgent.
At what point do you stop
stepping back in?
I have been looking for a space that feels a little more invitingâŠ
because letâs be honestâ90 minutes on the floor at the TPL is a lot.
And the Starlight Room?
âŠitâs a whole vibe âš
If youâve been needing somewhere to put things downâ
this is that space.
Second Wednesday of every month at 7pm

To support the space, the energy, and the level of care I bring to each circle is now a paid experience with a registration process. âš

How circle helps women with the weight that no one sees.
We talk about this in circle.
Not knowing how to say no isnât the issueâŠ
feeling like you canât is.
Themes that come up in circleâŠ
Carrying things that were never actually yours.
Other peopleâs emotions.
Their reactions.
Their expectations.
Not because anyone asked you toâ
but because youâve gotten used to holding it all together.
And after a while, it starts to feel like your responsibility.
But itâs not.
And the hardest part isnât realizing thatâ
itâs learning to put it down without feeling guilty or like youâre doing something wrong.
Slowly, over time. You get really good at showing up for everyone else.
At adjusting. Managing. Holding things together.
And somewhere in that, you stop checking in with yourself.
Not because you donât care. But because thereâs always somethingâor someoneâelse that feels more important.
A lot of women are silently feeling overwhelmed. Not openly falling apart. Not in crisis. Just constantly holding a lot.
Still functioning.
Still being the reliable one.
Still getting everything done.
Circle is a space where you get to stop doing that.
No oneâs trying to fix you.
No oneâs giving advice.
No taking care of anyone.
No managing everything around you.
Just a bit of space to come back to yourself.

A little reminder that womenâs circle is tomorrow night.
If youâve been meaning to come but keep thinking âmaybe next time,â this is your gentle nudge...
đ€ You donât have to know anyone.
đ”âđ« You donât have to be in a good mood.
đ„± You don't have to be anything, in fact most of us show up overwhelmed or tired.
đ«© You donât have to have your life figured out (none of us do).
đŻââïž You can come alone, bring a friend, or bring that one friend who keeps saying she needs something like this but hasnât actually gone yet.
As women we juggle a lot â work, family, relationships, responsibilities â and somewhere in there weâve slowly become the one who holds everything together for everyone else.
Circle is where you donât have to do that for 90 minutes.
If youâve been feeling a little stretched or like your brain has 37 tabs open⊠youâll fit right in.
Doors are open at 7pm if you want to join us. Event link is in the comments. đ
