Great progress at Sun Rivers Commons. The timber is complete and all floors / decks are poured. The grading for curbs is almost complete and framing to install the sheeting and windows is kicking into high gear.

Last week we broke ground downtown Kamloops and boy did it ever feel good!

We can’t wait to get this new 15 unit apartment building up and running

Another great project started!

The "9th Street Apartment" is a small boutique building for clients out of the coast.

We are excited to be in the ground and will be forming concrete for the parkade soon.

A big thanks to Al and Taylor for coming to do a ground breaking ceremony....and thanks to our PM Brent for the "Golden Shovels"!

Sun Rivers Commons is moving along nicely. Great job by our guys on the timber framing. The decking is going down on pad A, and we are starting the final site grading. The second keystone sign has been installed.

This is one of the more unique jobs Meranti Developments has taken on. We recently completed phase 1 of the new morgue and autopsy rooms at the Kamloops Royal Inland Hospital. A big thanks to Interior Health, LEEC UK, Ellis Don and the entire Meranti team for their hard work and professionalism.

Cold but busy day at Sun Peaks. Pouring concrete topping and installing soffit at the Slivinski residence. Siding and drywall are looking great at the Dyce residence.

Nomad Crane

A big thanks to Jordan at Bernhart Contracting for performing the air blower test on the Slivinski residence. We achieved a 1.3 which means we are building above what is required until 2032!

This is the first house in Sun Peaks to be 100% electric. It has a 400 amp service and utilizes air to water heat pumps for in floor heating and cooling! The only propane appliance is the 200 amp back up generator.

Exterior finish is starting soon. More pics to come!
