❤️ MEDICAL FUNDRAISER FOR MARIO & CLAIRE ❤️
Many in our community know Mario through his years of dedication as a teacher, most recently at KISH. Mario and Claire have touched the lives of countless students, coworkers, friends, and families, and are deeply loved throughout our community.
As Claire courageously battles cancer, Mario has stepped away from his career to focus on supporting Claire and their family during this difficult journey.
To help ease some of the financial burden of medical expenses, we are organizing a take-home meal fundraiser, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the family.
🍽 Menu: Lasagna Dinner • Side Salad • Garlic Toast • Dessert • Veggie Option Available
⚠️ Meal contains gluten and dairy.
💲 Cost: $20 per person
📍 Pick-Up: Ruby's Counter 📅 June 26 ⏰ 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Last week, at our Food Show, we partnered Second Harvest Deuxième Récolte for our post-event food Donation.

Through Second Harvest, we donated much of the leftover food to the Salvation Army & LifeHouse Emergency Shelter. Second Harvest shared these amazing Donation Metrics with us:

🍎 Amount of food & non-food items donated: 1,585 lbs
🍽️ Meals provided to the community: 1,535
🍃 Greenhouse gases offset: 4,072 lbs
💧 Water saved: 1,335,915 L

Huge Thank You to Second Harvest for assisting with this donation. Thank You to our Food Show Vendors for your support & contributions as well. It was an impactful success!
