Another basement renovation complete in London! Opened and brightened up the space with LED pot lighting, pastel wall colour and vinyl click flooring. Finished the existing stairs with oak tread and a modern horizontal railing. All trim, doors and stair material painted with an airless sprayer and emerald urethane paint for a smooth and durable finish. Swipe to see the completed space as well as before pictures.

Added some country charm to a vaulted ceiling in Petrolia. Installed shiplap alongside a faux open beam and rafters to makeover the dated popcorn finish. Capped off with two coats of “Advance” trim paint using an airless sprayer to give the look of a factory finish.

Bathroom renovation at Melbourne Road. Combined 2 piece ensuite and 3 piece main bathroom into large cheater ensuite bathroom. Heated floor throughout. Walk in shower with linear drain and custom glass panel installed by 60” double vanity with matching linen tower and LED mirrors. Photos (in order) include completed bathroom, progress during renovations and original bathrooms.

Basement renovation at Springer Rd, Delaware. Bathroom has heated tile floor and the space is carpeted throughout. Contemporary matte black hardware and finishes. Used my new airless sprayer for the doors and trim, as well as for the primer and ceiling coats. You can’t tell from the pictures, but an airless spray finish is far superior in looks and durability compared to the traditional rolled or brushed finish.
