Christa Mabee has been a business owner in Stratford for 10 years and community is at the heart of everything she does. She is a mama, a yoga teacher, a singer, and the owner and operator of Modo Yoga Stratford, a community staple in Stratford for over 15 years.

She has gotten to know and worked alongside all of the speakers on our panel over the years and has created deep roots in this community. She is the perfect cheerleader and ultimate girlfriend to guide us through what is bound to be an incredible day!

With a background in Kinesiology and Education from the University of Windsor, majoring in Biology and Health Education, Deirdre's journey took a transformative turn after two decades. Now, as a passionate entrepreneur and dedicated teacher, she extends her influence beyond the classroom.

A beacon of hope, she motivates others to navigate adversity with strength and positivity.

Deirdre's career evolution includes an accomplished 10-time published fitness model, champion in bikini and fitness competitions, a five-time best-selling author, life coach, and a real estate agent. Rooted in the foundations of nutrition, exercise, and a healthy mindset, she empowers others to embrace their best selves.

Her gratification lies in aiding individuals to break through barriers, unlocking their true potential. Open-minded, warm-hearted, and devoted, Deirdre is steadfast in guiding others toward their path to living their best lives.

With a 30-year career in music and entertainment, including founding the beloved band Farmer's Daughter, Jake's journey is one of resilience, creativity, and transformation. From gospel music to touring the world with Farmer's Daughter and earning prestigious accolades, to serving as VP of Creative Services in Nashville, and later becoming Artistic Director for award-winning event company POP Kollaborative.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jake's personal journey led her to Atlanta, Georgia, where she, alongside her husband Chris, embarked on a remarkable 3.5-year fertility journey. Through the power of manifestation and the subconscious mind, Jake realized her dream of giving birth at the age of 51.

Now a certified parent coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting, Jake is on a mission to help parents find relief, connection, and cooperation with their kids. She believes in the power of resilience, determination, and the unwavering belief that you can achieve whatever you desire, at any stage of life.
